Are you an educator with a missionary heart and a desire to invest deeply in the lives of children?
Do you want your teaching to be part of something larger than a classroom - helping students grow spiritually, academically, emotionally, and socially in a Christ-centered community?
Are you willing to serve not only as a teacher, but also as a caring residential presence for children who need refuge, structure, guidance, and love?
The Opportunity
Mountain Mission School is seeking Christian teachers to join its ministry in Grundy, Virginia, serving students through both classroom instruction and residential care. This role is ideal for educators with a missionary heart who want to help students grow academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially in a Christ-centered home, school, and church environment.
MMS is hiring for multiple teaching needs, with current priority areas including English, Math, and Science. While education degrees, ACSI certification, and state licensure are preferred, MMS also welcomes qualified candidates with a bachelor’s degree, strong subject-area knowledge, a teachable spirit, and a desire to serve.
This role also includes residential hall parent responsibilities, meaning teachers also help provide the structure, guidance, and daily care that make MMS a safe and loving home for students.
