Do you love leading the worship service production team in creating a high energy, high excellence, seamless, distraction free service that honors God? Can you coach people to be their best? Do you react quickly to changes and needs? We are looking for a service producer who is a detail-oriented jack-of-all trades who understands the basics of each service production team member’s position. This individual is in charge of the overall service production, and their goal is to enhance the quality of each worship service as they work in partnership with and as a right hand to our Senior Leader of Creative Arts.
OBJECTIVE
To serve alongside the Franklin Campus Production Director and Worship Arts Director in carrying out the five functions of the New Testament Church: worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship, and ministry. The primary emphasis of this position is producing Sunday morning worship services and helping the Worship Arts Directors and team in any way needed to complete projects and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate directly with the Production Team (A/V/L), Worship Team (band/vocalists), and Speakers (welcome, message, etc.) to ensure the holistic service experience and all included elements meet expectations each week.
- This role will be the owner and manager of the Creative Arts team's use of our Planning Center usage. The producer will put in service notes, attach files and links, send out and manage invitations and more on a daily and weekly basis.
- Assist with and lead production meetings on Sunday mornings, as well as printing camera cues and service order for the team.
- Give direction and cues for all aspects of A/V/L to enhance service flow and what is captured in the room and what is sent to our online campus.
- Assist Tech Director in onboarding new tech volunteers as needed.
- Train and assign Core Team members to set up, remove, and reset the teaching table, chair, TV monitor and other props on the stage at designated times.
- Attend weekly production run through meetings.
- Attend mid-week rehearsals.
-Ensuring all weekly service elements have been communicated and contributed to all campuses.
- Develop a team of Core Team leaders to teach and shepherd into becoming capable producers.
- Begin to raise up and train new Core Team producers at regional campuses.
- As a new role, other tasks and responsibilities will be developed over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in recruiting, training, and leading volunteers.
- Clear written and verbal communications.
- Comfortable with and capable of giving direction to all service personnel to help create a distraction free experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- People-oriented, good listener and friendly.
