We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded Worship Pastor (excellent vocalist and musician) to lead our congregation in meaningful, Spirit-led worship and oversee the technical excellence of all worship services and events. This person should be a relational/pastoral leader who thrives on building healthy teams, fostering deep connection, and cultivating a culture of unity and spiritual growth.

The ideal candidate will hold ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God or be willing to pursue and obtain credentialing within a reasonable timeframe upon hire. This role requires alignment with the Assemblies of God’s core beliefs, values, and doctrinal positions as outlined in the Statement of Fundamental Truths.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide worship ministry for the Sunday services (lead vocally), as well as for important events.
• Recruit and develop team members to ensure consistent quality in music/audio/visual support for worship services and special events.
• Lead Sunday Morning Ministry Leader Huddle Building Pro Presenter Presentations for Sunday and Wednesday Services including creating slides for sermons, announcements and worship songs.
• Schedule, Recruit and Develop Service Hosts Build and Maintain the Worship/Production Budget Interview and Audition potential team members.
• Onboarding and training of production team members on current equipment.
• Creating Vocal parts via multitrack recording to then create mixes for the vocalists to be able to hear their parts clearly.
• Contract Musicians/Worship Leaders as needed. Maintain Subscription Licenses for Worship and Production Including CCLI, Renewed Vision, Church Video License (CVLI).
• Maintain Google Drive for Announcement and Sermon elements Plan and execute quarterly Team Nights including teaching/development.
• Stage tidying and cable management.
• Setup Live Streams including Vimeo, PC Publisher and church website Edit Sunday and Wednesday sermon files for the our website (Vimeo and YouTube).
