The Content Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Faith branded podcast production and marketing agency, ensuring efficient workflow, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role will involve managing multiple client accounts, coordinating with technical and administrative contractors, and implementing strategies to optimize our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management and Operations
Account Management: Strategically plan and execute podcast campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and best practices.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining high-quality standards.
Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with account managers, technical contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Business Operations
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Systems Management: Establish and maintain key business systems, including project management tools, HR systems, and operational KPIs.
Team Development: Manage and develop the team, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Team Development: As needed, creating assets in addition to the contracted team members will be necessary. Social media posts, reels, basic graphics, etc. As well as managing the posting of these assets for clients.
Technical Oversight
Contractor Management: Oversee the work of technical contractors, including SEO specialists, video editing teams, show notes writers, reel editors, graphic designers, etc.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide effective technical guidance.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and business software.
Strong understanding of podcast production and marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of social media posting, 3rd party resources, etc.
Additional Considerations
Experience in the podcasting industry or with clients would be a plus.
A passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a strong work ethic.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
