Role Overview:
The Youth Ministry Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our youth ministry program. This part-time position seeks a dynamic leader who is passionate about engaging youth in authentic relationships with Jesus Christ and equipping them to live out their faith in a supportive community. If you are excited about mentoring young people and facilitating their spiritual growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth that foster spiritual growth and community.
- Build meaningful relationships with youth, providing mentorship and spiritual guidance.
- Collaborate with parents and church leaders to create a supportive environment for youth.
- Organize and lead regular youth meetings, retreats, and outreach events.
- Provide resources and support for youth to explore their faith and life’s purpose.
- Manage the youth ministry budget and resources effectively.
- Evaluate programs regularly to ensure they meet the needs of the youth and align with our mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission of Blue Ridge Community Fellowship.
- Experience in youth ministry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young people.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A heart for outreach and a desire to engage youth in the community.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with current youth culture and trends.
- Experience with social media and digital outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of Christian educational resources and curriculum.
