Youth Ministry Director ()

Coordinate and promote education programs and activities for Churchs Youth Ministry. Develop educational programming and religious education curricula for the spiritual formation of children and to equip parents to act as the primary spiritual leaders of their children. Gather, interpret, and prepare religious education materials for Sunday school sessions and youth worship sermons, programs, and activities. Discuss religious education and the unique perspectives of our youth and congregants with the Senior Pastor, Church leadership, and representatives of other congregations in order to foster dialogue and nurture a spirit of communion. Recruit youth ministry staff. Conduct follow-ups and home visits and engage in faith-building outreach activities designed to strengthen Church members knowledge of the Word of God. Encourage church members to become involved in the activities and programs of the ministry.
