Female Youth Ministry Associate - Groups & Discipleship

Position Type: Full-Time Ministry Associate (40 hrs/week)
Reports to: Youth Director (Josh)
Role Summary:
This role is built for a relational, adaptable leader who wants to grow in ministry while investing deeply in people. The primary focus is to support female small group leaders, foster discipleship among students, and help strengthen the culture and systems of Cornerstone Youth. This role will also walk through a season of learning and transition - requiring humility, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new tasks as the ministry develops and evolves.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the ministry and culture of Cornerstone Youth through observation and engagement.
  • Equip, encourage, and support female small group leaders to foster healthy, multiplying groups.
  • Build relationships with female students and model discipleship in everyday life.
  • Help strengthen systems for groups, communication, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with male and female team members to align ministry vision and execution.
  • Assist with events, retreats, and Student Leadership as needed.
  • Occasionally teach in leader or student settings as gifting develops.
  • Stay flexible and responsive to evolving ministry needs during this season of transition and growth.
