Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Young Adult Ministry Director to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is pivotal in fostering a space where young adults can grow spiritually, connect with one another, and engage with the broader community. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, a commitment to our mission, and the ability to inspire and lead young adults on their faith journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and implement engaging programs and activities for young adults that promote spiritual growth and community involvement.
- Build authentic relationships with young adults, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as they navigate their faith and life challenges.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align young adult ministry initiatives with the overall mission and vision of Blue Ridge Community Fellowship.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages diversity and connection among young adults from various backgrounds.
- Plan and lead regular meetings, events, and retreats that encourage fellowship and spiritual formation.
- Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to assist in various aspects of the young adult ministry.
- Actively engage with the local community to promote outreach opportunities and service initiatives for young adults.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including social media and church newsletters, to promote events and share updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A deep personal faith in Jesus Christ and a passion for helping others grow in their faith.
- Experience in youth or young adult ministry, with a proven track record of engaging and mentoring young adults.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to ministry planning and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- A commitment to the mission and values of Blue Ridge Community Fellowship.
