Worship Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to guide our congregation in worship and spiritual growth at our Batesville, Indiana Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, excellent leadership skills, and a heart for mentoring others in their faith journey. As a Worship Leader, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging worship experience that fosters community and connection within our church.

Duties
Lead congregational worship during our 9am service, ensuring a meaningful and uplifting experience.
Assist with selection of music that aligns with the church's vision and message.
Communicate effectively with the worship director, and volunteer teams, providing clear direction and encouragement.
Collaborate with leadership team to plan worship services that enhance the overall church experience as needed.

Qualifications
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in vocals or instruments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both the worship team, tech team, and congregation.
A deep understanding of worship practices and alignment with Community Church theology is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 10 per week
