Lead people into an authentic experience with God through music and singing. SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategy and execute the worship element of all Sandals Church services.
  • This includes the weekend, midweek, and special events.
• Lead and care for volunteers.
• Communicate to the band.
• Make sure the setlist is up.
• Have an ear for what God says to us and what we say back to God through worship.
• Mentor and train potential worship leaders and volunteers.
• Build and equip a team of volunteers to do what you do.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Walks closely with Jesus and has a strong prayer life.
• Has a natural presence while on stage.
• Is invested in the vision of Sandals Church.
• Experience in worship and production would be preferred.

YOU'RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Are naturally humble while leading others in worship.
• Are a team player with a positive attitude.
• Have strong admin, organization, and communication skills.
• Maintain your personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour
• We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate's qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
