Worship Arts Pastor

Are you a passionate worship leader ready to shape the future of a growing, multigenerational church with both innovation and heart?

We're looking for a Worship Arts Pastor to lead us into our next season, including expanding to three services in August 2025 and launching a second church plant in August 2026. We'd love to hear from you if you can lead a room with skill and spirit, develop musicians, love modern worship, and value rich tradition.

About the Role

As Worship Arts Pastor, you will lead our church family in Christ-centered worship across multiple services and expressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Lead three Sunday services: two modern band-led (10:00am & 11:30am) and one modern orchestra-led (8:30am)
• -Value and partner well with our orchestra directors (no orchestral conducting experience needed)
• -Develop and mentor worship leaders, musicians, and leaders who invest in the student worship team
• -Pastor the team spiritually with care, discipleship, and regular communication
• -Collaborate on service planning, sermon series, music, and creative arts with other Pastoral staff.
• -Help lead a $300,000+ sanctuary renovation project in 2026 (A/V, lighting, etc.)

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Leads worship with heart, skill, and humility
• Excels vocally and instrumentally
• Pastors people, not just plans music
• Thrives in collaborative and creative environments
• Ordained in the Church of the Nazarene or willing to pursue ordination in the Church of the Nazarene (is preferred).

Staff Culture & Schedule

• Office hours: Mon–Thurs + Sundays
• Staff rhythms: Weekly planning meetings, quarterly one-day staff retreats, and annual conference participation such as (Experience Conference, Global Leadership Summit, Exponential, and Christ Fellowship Conference)
• Compensation: Competitive and reviewed annually using ChurchSalary.com benchmarks
