Employer Details
We are a multi-site church located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, committed to creating a welcoming and authentic community. Our mission is driven by a set of core values that shape everything we do: “It’s okay not to be okay” – We believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment. “High grace, low shame” – We lead with compassion, offering grace freely as we walk through life together. There's no healing in hiding so let's bring things to the light. “Take your next right step” – Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or growing deeper in your walk with Jesus, we’re here to help you move forward. “No one stands alone” – Community matters. You were never meant to do life alone, and here, you don’t have to. “You were made for more” – God has a purpose for your life, and we want to help you discover it. These values reflect our deep commitment to reaching those far from Jesus, while also encouraging continued growth and discipleship for every believer. They guide our decisions, shape our culture, and remind us daily why we do what we do.
