The pastor is expected to preach on Sunday mornings, lead the church with Bible studies, and perform weddings and funerals when requested. There are other various minor day to day tasks. The pastor will be part of the Elder board and the Elder board makes the spiritual decisions of the church. As well as being an Elder, the pastor is expected to work with the Deacon board as well. We expect the pastor to be a Bible believing and preaching man of God.
