Lead the congregation in prayer and foster a culture of spiritual growth through consistent pastoral guidance and support. Prepare and deliver Biblically grounded, Spirit-led sermons and messages for worship services and other special events. Read and interpret sacred scripture, with a focus on applying Biblical principles to everyday life. Organize and lead regular worship services, including Sunday services, Wednesday gatherings, and holiday observances.
