Preach and teach the Word of God and faith tradition in UMC and lead in worship; provide pastoral care/counsel to the congregation; conduct community outreach/mission including Latino and intercultural ministry; and administer sacraments and temporal affairs of the church. Additional worksite in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News VA-NC area. Three (3) years of experience in pastoral care, including spiritual counseling, utilizing homiletical and exegetical skills; intercultural and Hispanic ministry; and church administration. At least one (1) year of membership with UMC. Option to telecommute for two (2) days per week.
