Job description

MinistryHub is honored to partner with Care Net Pregnancy Center in their search for a Nurse Manager. Please direct all applications through MinistryHub and any inquiries to hello@ministryhub.org.

Location: Ellensburg, WA | Schedule: 34 hours/week | Pay Range: $38–$50/hour

Are you a licensed nurse who feels called to serve with compassion, courage, and conviction?

  • Do you long to use your medical training in a Christ-centered environment that upholds the sanctity of life?
  • Are you energized by equipping and leading teams, but grounded in the tenderness required to walk alongside women navigating difficult decisions?
  • Would you thrive where your faith and your clinical skills are not just welcomed — they are essential? Where clinical excellence meets eternal impact?

If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity to become our Nurse Manager at Care Net Pregnancy Center of Kittitas County.

Why Care Net?

At Care Net, our mission is to provide medical services, loving counsel, and practical assistance to individuals at risk for abortion and those grieving past abortions. But more than that, we are a Gospel-centered ministry where every life is sacred, and every patient is seen, heard, and loved.

Our team lives out values like Christ-centered care, biblical integrity, and empowerment through truth. We foster a culture of grace, prayer, medical excellence, and courageous compassion.

This isn’t just a clinic — it’s a refuge. And for the right nurse, it’s a calling.

The Impact You’ll Make

As our Nurse Manager, you’ll be a key clinical leader and spiritual presence within the center. You will:

  • Oversee day-to-day medical services and operations
  • Provide hands-on patient care that is both medically sound and mission-aligned
  • Serve as a mentor and supervisor to volunteer medical staff
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and compassionate care in every detail

Your presence will help create an environment where patients encounter hope, truth, and the love of Christ at a critical moment in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

  • Provide medical services under the direction of our Medical Director
  • Offer health education, STI testing, and options counseling in a biblically aligned, patient-first way
  • Ensure complete and confidential documentation of all patient care
  • Provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to patients in crisis
  • Share the Gospel and pray with patients, as appropriate

Medical Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise volunteer medical staff: onboarding, training, scheduling, evaluation
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, infection control, and other relevant regulations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies
  • Conduct quarterly chart audits and annual policy reviews
  • Provide in-service training and collaborate closely with the Medical Director

Emergency Preparedness

  • Follow protocols for emergency situations or unusual medical findings

Ongoing Development

  • Maintain active Washington State RN license
  • Stay current on continuing education and certifications (e.g., CPR, limited OB ultrasound, STI counseling)

Is This You?

  • A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, aligned with our Statement of Faith and biblical worldview on life, sexuality, and marriage
  • Passionate about the sanctity of life from conception to natural death
  • Skilled in patient care, leadership, and team collaboration
  • Able to provide both clinical clarity and Christ-like compassion
  • Willing to engage in prayer, Gospel conversations, and spiritual care
  • Experienced in or open to learning limited obstetric ultrasound

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven work environment rooted in prayer and purpose
  • A supportive team and deeply meaningful work
  • Competitive pay: $38–$50/hour, based on experience
  • Holidays, sick leave and paid vacation
  • Retirement match
  • Monthly healthcare stipend
  • Professional development and certification support
