Next Gen Pastor

Do you feel called to help the next generation know and follow Jesus?

We are looking for a Next Gen Pastor to lead and grow ministries from birth through college at our Sedro-Woolley campus. This role is hands-on now (leading kids on Sundays and youth midweek) and will grow into supervising additional staff and volunteers as our church expands.

Who We're Looking For

A passionate follower of Jesus with a clear call to ministry .
Someone who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults.
Relational, teachable, and ready to grow under mentorship.
Aligned with the Free Methodist Church and Wesleyan theology .
A recent college graduate or someone stepping into their first full-time ministry role is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead children's ministry on Sundays (birth-6th grade).
Lead youth ministry midweek (7th grade-college).
Recruit, equip, and disciple volunteers and student leaders.
Communicate regularly with parents and families.
Plan and oversee events such as VBS, retreats, and outreach.
Provide overall vision and direction for all Next Gen ministries.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
working with children/youth/young adults in ministry setting: 1 year (Required)
leading volunteers in a church or ministry setting: 1 year (Preferred)
teaching/preaching in front of children/teens/young adults: 1 year (Preferred)
