The workday of a Ministry Support Specialist involves a variety of tasks, including:
Consulting with customers from around the world over the phone and by email, supporting them in their ministry through our excellent training, books, and materials for ministry
Participating in our live, interactive online training events
Working on various projects and tasks supporting the organization and its mission.
In addition, those in this role may have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in work areas such as:
Writing, editing, and publishing
Adult education
Communications and marketing
Market research
Public support and development
Developing new resources, graphic design, and videography
Information technology
Accounting and purchasing
