Ministry Coordinator, Next Generation (Full Time)

SUMMARY

Provide support for the Director of Next Generation and Next Generation Staff Team involving interaction with Vineyard Students, Young Adults and Vineyard Families for coordination of ministries as well as administrative assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Next Generation ministries and strategies through administration needs including the database, attendance records, scheduling events or volunteers, event planning, and communicating with staff and volunteers.
  • Support event planning and regular programming processes. This may include event planning systems, reports, tracking details and expenses, creating invitations, and registration processes.
  • Build relationships with and provide assistance to Next Generation staff/ leaders / volunteers.
  • Coordinate the Student Union cafe for Vineyard Students utilizing volunteer teams while managing inventory and expenses.
  • Assist and follow up with new connections as they attend Vineyard Cincinnati.
  • Attend All Staff meetings and trainings.
  • Work with Media Team to ensure website content is updated and promotional needs are submitted.
  • Understand and seek out training for the database and all technologies that affect the team and the check-in process for families.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and resources. Prepare materials and notes as needed.
  • Assist during occasional weekend and evening events to support ministry related functions.
  • Complete additional tasks, as assigned.
