Job description

Job Type: Other Professional Ministry Positions

Oversight of General Ledger entries and reports, to include:

  • Maintain records of deposits and ABCIS.
  • Maintain deferred liability accounts/reports.
  • Maintain records for all invested funds.
  • Financial management / Development of Financial Model and budgets.
  • Participate with Investment Committee on decisions and records.
  • Support HR in deliberations on staff model financial impacts.
  • Develop and present operating budget for follow-on years.
  • Detailed approval of payroll prior to payment.
  • Detailed approval of payables prior to checks.
  • All aspects of administration and contractual requirements.
  • Define and manage applicable insurance policies and coverages.
  • Define and confirm government reporting as required.
  • Produce and manage A&F meeting material and minutes.
  • Produce reporting to Board of Directors.
  • Provide support for financial models of churches when called upon.
