LifeMission KCK Generational Ministries Coordinator
The LifeMission KCK Generational Ministries Coordinator serves under the direction of the LifeMission KCK Campus Pastor to administrate, equip, and support Generational Ministries from birth through age 18.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

Inform LifeMission KCK Campus Pastor of needs of parents, children, teens and team members.
Attend all training and team meetings.
Assist and attend team member huddles.
Assist with new guest follow up as directed.
Perform tasks as assigned by LifeMission KCK Campus Pastor.
Train and oversee New Here and Welcome Team members.
Prayerfully plan for the growth and development of the ministry .
In cooperation with the KCK Campus Pastor, own day to day operations, logistics and planning for all LMK and LMY events:
  • Budget/Finance
  • Process credit card receipts
  • Process weekly Sams order
  • Enter events and requests into espace
Other duties as assigned.

LifeMission Kids Specific Job Responsibilities:

Schedule needed team members for all weekend services in designated areas.
Oversee LMK team member recruitment.
Welcoming and friendly presence for anyone entering LifeMission Kids area for weekend services.
Prepare age specific curriculum for each classroom for weekend services.
Collaborate with Olathe Kids Ministry Team as needed
Purchase supplies and snacks for classrooms.
Recruit, coordinate, and lead a team responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) program.

LifeMission Youth Specific Job Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and oversight for KCK LifeMission Youth Wednesday night services, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating the worship team, supervising Serve Team members and student leaders, maintaining appropriate student behavior, overseeing key areas such as the caf and check in station, and delivering the weekly message.
Communicate with parents and students to the best of your ability.
In cooperation with the LMY Leadership Team, oversee small groups, as well as following up with leaders and ensuring that the proper curriculum is being taught at a level that exceeds expectation.
Scheduling and planning outreach events, fun activities, and leadership meetings on a monthly to bi-monthly consistency.
Planning and preparation for annual/bi-annual events. (Summer Camp/Retreats/Outreaches)
Discipleship of students; meeting with core students on a weekly to bi-weekly basis to train, equip, disciple and raise up bold leaders in this generation.
Serve and work in cooperation with the KCK Campus Pastor.

Sit/stand for long periods of time
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
