Family Ministry

Christ Community Church, located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, is seeking a Family Ministry Pastor. CCC is a vibrant, intergenerational, and diverse congregation in the heart of Fort Myers, FL. With over 75 years of faithful service to the community, we are a well-established church blessed with a prime location and two beautiful buildings that support our mission in Southwest Florida.
Our children's and student ministries are currently experiencing exciting growth, and we are eager to see what the Lord has planned for this new season. The primary goal of the Family Ministry Pastor is to lead families, children, and teens into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by cultivating exciting, caring, and engaging environments where they can discover how God's Word transforms lives.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience creating these kinds of environments and be passionate about teaching and working with children and teens. This is a full-time position. We are open to hire a part time Children's Ministry Pastor or Youth Ministry Pastor instead.
