Elementary Teacher

Harvest Christian Academy is looking for two more Elementary Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. We are a brand new school opening in Rensselaer, Indiana and are excited to welcome our first group of teachers who will help us create a school culture that is Biblically-Based, Christ-Centered, and Academically Excellent.

If you're a brand new teacher looking for your first teaching position, HCA could be a great fit for you. If you're a veteran teacher who has ever asked, "Why can't a Christian school be more like..." this could be your opportunity to create something new! We will be a small, family-oriented school, and we expect to have two grades combined in each class (max of 16 students) as we start this fall.

Some of our school distinctives include a low emphasis on screen-based technology and a high emphasis on students reading whole, classic texts. We have curriculum selected for next year, but we would love our teachers to help us choose the curriculum of the future.
