Director of Student and Children's Ministries

Ovilla UMC seeks a Director of Student and Children’s Ministries to work with the Pastor and lay volunteers to create and maintain weekly and long-term programs to integrate students (grades 7-12) and children (ages 4-11) into the life of Ovilla United Methodist Church and its community. The Director will provide spiritual leadership to intentionally move the church’s youth toward a life of discipleship. This is a part-time, salaried position requiring presence during church services and organized youth activities. Expectation would be 20 hours per week of combined in-person and remote duties. Great job for students/graduates in the fields of Ministry or Education and those with equivalent work/life experience.
