Director of Preschool Ministry

Overview
Cross of Hope School is seeking a person who is passionate about early childhood education from a foundation of faith and sense of call to the role of Director of Preschool Ministry . We are a primary ministry of a church in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America that is a Christ-centered community providing high-quality education in a nurturing environment that respects each child's development.

Responsibilities

monitors preschool activities, policies and regulations for adherence to all COH, state, federal requirements
serves as instructional and faith formation leader for the preschool staff
maintains good standing as per accreditation requirements and state licensure
oversees professional development trainings to enhance staff growth
Works on a leadership team to fulfill the mission and vision of Cross of Hope

Requirements

holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
has 3 years minimum of Early Childhood experience and/or administrative experience
must support and uphold the mission and values of our Christian school

Pay: Up to $42,000.00 per year
