Crews (Groups) Director

At Echoes Church, we believe that discipleship happens best in circles, not just rows. The Crews Director is a high-output, low-maintenance leader who is passionate about spiritual formation, community, and leadership development. This role exists to multiply leaders, cultivate healthy Crews, and build the infrastructure that helps people move from attending to belonging.

We’re looking for someone who is relationally magnetic, organizationally sharp, emotionally steady, and deeply rooted in their walk with Jesus — someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with initiative, and sees systems as a tool to serve people.
