Description

The Covenant Partner Relations Minister plays a crucial role in fostering and nurturing relationships with long-term and committed partners of Kenneth Copeland Ministries (KCM). This role is primarily concerned with ensuring partners feel valued, thrive in their faith, connect to the organization and grow spiritually. This position requires a leader with a deep understanding of the Christian Faith and the Word of Faith teaching. The representative will actively engage with partners through personalized ministry and follow up through diverse communication channels and ministry events for measurable growth and meaningful partnership development. Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm

DUTIES:
  • Utilize Studio Enterprise for daily partner contact.
  • Diligent date management to maintain partner portfolios that achieve productivity targets and department goals.
  • Ministerial engagement through telephone contact, personalized correspondence, face to face meetings, and outreach from the ministry office.
  • Deliver a professional and uplifting partner experience by actively listening and ministering to the needs of partners.
  • Reiterate and embody the mission, vision and core values of KCM through all interactions.
  • Responsible for staying informed on all KCM's products, ministry focus, teachings, events, broadcast and spiritual direction for effective partner ministry.
  • Ministers to the spiritual needs and request of long-term and committed partners through prayer and distribution of appropriate KCM materials.
  • Represents the ministry office at KCM events and other assignments as directed.
  • Ministers in other capacities and take on additional responsibilities and support tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred minimum 5 years direct ministry experience.
  • Minimum 10 years active partnership with Kenneth Copeland Ministries.
  • Preferred experience in Studio Enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing to team efforts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Exhibit spiritual maturity and character that reflects values as outlined in the Word of God.
  • Apply KCM core values in daily life and provide a strong faith-based perspective.
  • Possess discernment and the ability to make sound judgements with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with exceptional oral and written communication skills including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, spelling and the ability to proofread work.
  • Possess a high emotional intelligence and is coachable to accept feedback, apply guidance and improve performance.
  • Uphold a robust prayer life, pray often in the spirit, operate by faith and staying aligned with the Ministry's vision.
  • Must be able to navigate spiritual situations and pray according to scripture.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day.
  • Must be able to assist in set up and tear down at events.
  • Must be able to lift or carry 50lbs.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
  • Must be able to travel.

  • Contribute positively to workplace morale and team dynamics.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize various deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work in office, church and ministry environments.
  • Work in varying environments from time to time, such as venues and hotels.
  • Extended hours may be required, especially during KCM events.
  • Group or individual air and ground travel.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

OTHER:
  • Born-again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Roman 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions.
  • Must be computer literate and have high proficiency in Microsoft Office and other programs used by the Covenant Partner Relations department.
  • This position requires diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills because of the wide range of personal contact with KCM partners and ministry leaders within and outside the organization.

Salary Description

Min $35,000-Max $45,000
