1. Full facilitation of Silver Lake Campus with Store Owner mentality

2. Pastoral availability at worship gatherings, driving the involvement with Groups and

discipleship at the Campus.

3. Builds, leads, equips, and manages campus leadership and key volunteers

Nuts and Bolts of Top 3:

Creatively build spaces and community to reach the people of Silver Lake to live into the vision of Knowing God, Making Him Known and Be Known.
A hands-on and active member of the Campus Team, working to provide an environment where people feel welcome and challenged to transform into the image of Christ.
Available to meet with people in the church to offer biblical guidance and wisdom outside of church services
Engage and encourage the Weekly Rhythm of the Foundry Church
Align the Campus to the vision, mission, values, and brand standards of the Foundry Church

Role Details:

This is currently a full time/salary position
The position does require evening and weekend hours.
In -person at the location of Mears, Michigan (Silver Lake)
Will require travel to Zeeland, Michigan on a consistent basis
