A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through consistent spiritual practices and involvement in the church community.
Humility, demonstrated by a refusal to be offended or pulled into cultural arguments.

People are our priority.

This requires:

A high grace and high truth culture where we refuse to be judgmental because no person or situation is beyond the reach of God’s love and grace, but where we also refuse to ignore issues because our relationships are too valuable.

Authenticity is our aim.

A teachable spirit and openness to and desire for feedback.

Generosity is our privilege.

A willingness to give of our time, talent, and resources more than just what is required - including assisting other departments, staff, and with events and items that might not fall into our role description.
A willingness to speak words of life - to be generous with our encouragement and words.

Amen is our attitude.

This requires:

A willingness to be actively engaged in all aspects of church life and to be stretched in things that are uncomfortable in order to grow and become who God created us to become
A positive, “can do” approach, characterized by joy, and a willingness to have fun and engage with other staff
A passion to accomplish the mission, to do whatever it takes!
