 as associated pastor and
 worship at the Español Campus for Wednesday and Sunday services, prayer services and special events. The campus worship leader also assists in arranging worship for prayer services and events. The pastor supports all areas of ministry in the church.  
Pastoral Duties:  Teach and lead weekly Spanish services and praise nights 
 Develop Bible studies for Spanish-speaking community 
 Provide Biblical counseling in Spanish (1 Corinthians 12:8) 
 Perform weddings and funerals 
 Oversee Spanish-bilingual home groups and discipleship classes (2 Peter 3:18) 
 Manage the prayer team, production team, and usher team 
 Worship Leadership:  Lead worship for Wednesday, Sunday services, and praise nights (Psalm 99:3) 
 Schedule and train volunteers 
 Plan and prepare for weekly rehearsals 
 Organize band rotation and conduct auditions 
 Coordinate special services (Christmas, Easter, etc.) 
 Maintain musical proficiency and chart reading abilities 
 Train and teach new musicians and vocals. 
 Administrative Tasks:  Attend Thursday Worship Staff Meetings 
 Coordinate with the Worship Coordinator 
 Manage ProPresenter setup and training 
 Translate materials to Spanish 
 Help plan and coordinate events 
 Maintain communication with team members (Colossians 4:6) 
 Key Qualifications:  Must consider Calvary Chapel as their home church 
 Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus 
 Show consistent Fruit of the Spirit 
 Minimum one-year participation in the church. 
 Bilingual (Spanish- English) capabilities, Be fluent in both languages. 
 Musical knowledge and leadership abilities (1 Chronicles 16:25)
