Associate Pastor Assist the Senior Pastor with Sunday worship services, Morning Prayer services, church events, and religious ceremonies. Provide spiritual leadership and oversight for the Ceed and Sunday School ministries, focusing on middle and high school groups. Recruit, train, and support Sunday School teachers and youth ministry leaders. Offer regular biblical instruction and pastoral counseling to church members, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship. Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and Session as needed, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. May also plan and coordinate mission trips, retreats, and other ministry-related activities. Salary; $59,592/year.
