Assistant Pastor

Assistant Pastor Under supervision of Senior Pastor, lead youth worship services with biblically grounded sermons; plan and oversee youth programs such as Bible studies, discipleship training, retreats, mission trips, and holiday events; shepherd and disciple youth to nurture their spiritual growth and relationship with Christ; build meaningful relationships with youth and their families to support their faith and well-being; collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to strengthen youth engagement and church involvement; create a welcoming and Christ-centered environment that encourages spiritual formation; recruit, equip, and support volunteers for effective ministry service; provide pastoral care and guidance through prayer, mentoring, and personal support; manage the youth ministry budget and ensure responsible stewardship of resources; participate in church-wide events and ministry gatherings to foster connection and growth; etc. If interested, resume to: Sebit Church; 128 Stirling Rd Warren NJ 07059.
