AI Evangelist

As an AI Evangelist in finance, you bridge cutting-edge AI with practical business use. You will demonstrate AI-powered financial solutions and translate complex concepts into tangible value for technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll lead workshops, author technical content, and advise C-suite and engineering leaders on AI strategies, while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance. This senior role combines hands-on model work with strategic advocacy to position the organization as a responsible AI leader in finance.

• Build and demonstrate AI-powered financial solutions (investments, trading, insurance contexts)
• Translate AI concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders
• Lead workshops, training, and AI literacy initiatives
• Author blogs, white papers, and internal docs on AI in finance
• Advise CxO, Head of Engineering, and Head of Architecture on technical strategies
• Represent the company at industry events to showcase responsible AI in finance
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and IT to meet regulatory and ethical standards
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI models for forecasting, insights, underwriting, and AML

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience in finance/fintech AI roles (4+ years)
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics, guardrails, data privacy, and regulatory trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with code generation, AI-driven architectures, and production-grade software practices
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with programming languages like C++, Java, C# and UI familiarity (TypeScript/Node.js)
