Adult Ministries Pastor

Lakeview Church is seeking a Discipleship Pastor to lead and strengthen adult discipleship across the life of the church, including groups, men's and women's ministry, marriage ministry, and overall adult spiritual formation. This role is ideal for a leader who can build strong systems and teams today, while also carrying vision for where Lakeview is headed next. Lakeview is in an exciting season of growth and new independence, with a healthy foundation and a strong desire to keep multiplying disciples and leaders. The right leader will thrive in a highly professional, high-capacity Austin context, while bringing a warm, relational presence that fits the culture.

About Lakeview Church:

AWA - Approximately 850 weekly attendance and growing.

• Role has potential growth trajectory toward Executive Pastor or future church planting pathway depending on gifting and wiring.

Requirements for the role:

• Proven ability to lead adult discipleship and ministry strategy (groups, men's, women's, marriage, adult formation).
• Strong team-builder who empowers and develops leaders and volunteers in a high-capacity environment.
• Theological and cultural alignment with a reformed-leaning, Bible-church context.
